Free Local in-store pick up is available for local customers. Please note if this option is accidentally selected for postage orders, an invoice for $10 postage will be emailed prior to shipping goods.- Australia wide shipping: $15.00 flat rate for NON BULKY ITEMS
- Backpacks ship at $15.95, Other bulky items up to $49.
- Surfboards are currently pick up only or contact store for quote
- Coastal Life Surf offers shipping to all Domestic Customers.
- All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) will begin processing that day and will ship within 24 hours pending availability and credit verification.
- Coastal Life Surf delivers all domestic parcels using Australian Registered Post, Regular postage will take between 3-7 days. If you require Express Postage (2-5 days) please contact coastallifesurf@bigpond.com to work out rates. Additional charges may apply.
- Coastal Life Surf delivers all international parcels using Australia Post of Fedex courier service.
- International customers will be charged a rate depending on weight and size. Please contact for price depending on your purchase.
- International orders will have an approximate delivery window of 7-14 days depending on your location.
- Your order will require a signature upon delivery.
- Your order may be subject to customs clearance. This may cause a delay beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
- Responsibilities for any customs fees or taxes rest with the customer.

- Once Coastal Life Surf has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you (the customer) will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise.
- Coastal Life Surf is not responsible for lost packages or courier delays. We can not offer a refund if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
